- High school or secondary school diploma, GED or global equivalent
- Nothing higher is required

2. Agile Training
- 21 hours of formal training in agile practices, frameworks and methodologies
- From a PMI Authorized Training Partner, which is what MMTI is
This course delivers all 21 hours.
3. Experience
- 2 years of agile experience in the past 5 years
- OR 1 year plus a GAC accredited degree
- OR 1 year plus a third-party agile certification
- OR an active PMP®, with no extra experience needed
