Policies & Procedures
1. MMTI reserves the full right to change or modify or reschedule the training classes with short notice if the sufficient batch size is not filled or due to any unavoidable circumstances.
2. Following acceptance of the learner’s application by MMTI, the learner shall be contractually bound to pay the full amount of the fees mentioned in the invoice in the manner set out in the enrollment form and in this Contract before the start of the particular training.
3. Payments can be made by cash/Benefit pay or by electronic bank transfer. MMTI must receive the full agreed payment before the course or program begins. The course or program fee includes all materials, unless specified otherwise, and excludes all the other membership or exam fee payable for the respective awarding bodies if any.
4. The learner agrees to keep confidential on all course material supplied to him by the Training Institute. Copyright (If applicable) and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials belong to MMTI. He/She cannot share or sell the materials received from the Institute with others which is considered as a violation.
5. Refund and Cancellation:
- 5.1. If the Course/Program is cancelled by MMTI, the learner is eligible for a full refund if he/she wishes to withdraw from the training/Program
- 5.2. Following an enrollment application, there is a cooling period of seven days before the specified start of the registered batch. If the Client informs the Training Institute seven days before the specified start of the registered batch, that he/she wish to cancel a course or program, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. But Registration fee/Enrollment fee is not refundable.
- 5.3. If the learner informs MMTI that he/she wish to cancel a course or program after the seven-day period referred to in Clause 5.2 has expired, the Client shall not be entitled for a full refund. MMTI is entitled to deduct the Registration fee/Enrollment fee from the paid amount or 12% of the agreed course fee or BD 50 whichever is higher.
- 5.4. If the learner informs MMTI that he/she wish to cancel a course or program after the start of the registered batch, the client shall not be entitled for a refund.
- 5.5. In all the above cases Whatever charges paid towards service charges like VAT, credit card charges etc., will not be refunded.
- 5.6. Any registrations done with “Special Promotional Offer” will not be considered for refund since the batch size is confirmed and decided with the number of registered candidates.
- 5.7. The learner can only transfer the paid fee from one course to another by paying the appropriate cancellation charges applicable for the first registered course. In case of not attending any training, he/she can transfer the fee to another person (This transfer of fee to others is applicable on the registrations on any Special Promotional Offer like New year offer, Ramadan offer, Yearend offer only)
- 5.8. If the learner enrolls for more than one course or program simultaneously, the refund policy for each course or program also runs simultaneously from the date of the initial registration.
- 5.9. Initial refund requests must be confirmed in writing with genuine and valid reason and a proof. Refunds due will be made within fifteen business days of the initial request.
- 7.A: After the mentioned free usage period is over and if the candidate is willing to access for more, it will be treated as paid access. He/She should contact MMTI for the pricing for that paid usage.
