Course Overview

The Only PMI Credential Built for Construction

The PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP)™ is PMI®’s specialist credential for construction and the built environment. It was built from a job task analysis of what construction professionals actually do.

It works differently from other PMI credentials. You complete four course modules first, then apply, then sit the exam. MMTI delivers all four.

Why PMI-CP™?

General project management training skips what actually goes wrong on site: contracts, interfaces, change orders and claims. This does not.

Flexible Learning

Training Methods

Weekend and evening options built around a working week.

Classroom Training

Instructor-led sessions at MMTI in the Diplomatic Area, with discussions, exercises and practice questions.

Live Online Training

Join the same live instructor-led sessions remotely from anywhere in Bahrain or the GCC.

Weekend & Evening

Evening and weekend batches designed around site and office hours.
